Save Time In The Morning With Your Single Cup Coffee Maker

single cup coffee makerEvery working mom in the world knows this: mornings are the hot spots of your days. Everyone is rushing around trying to get ready and you always feel like you don’t have enough time before you have to leave the house. In this house it’s no different. I tried getting up earlier, but even then we’re always rushing to get ready.

One thing that took up a lot of our time in the morning was making coffee. That’s why, when we finally bit the bullet and purchased a single cup coffee maker, I was so happy to learn that it only takes one or two minutes to get a good tasting cup of coffee ready to drink. And besides saving time, I found out I would get even more benefits. Let’s take a look at all the benefits I found.

1. All Those Yummy Flavors!

There are many flavors of coffee – French vanilla, Blueberry Crumble, and Bavarian Chocolate. Each cup is so aromatic and satisfying. Coffee lovers are always searching for the perfect cup of brew and with these single cup coffee maker, that perfect cup of coffee can become a reality. Before, when I wanted to get a specialty cup of coffee I had to take a detour to a fancy coffee shop (Starbucks, anyone?). But now, I just make them from the comfort of my own house.

2. Saving Time Every Morning

Instead of waiting for an entire pot of coffee to brew (especially when you don’t have time in the morning to drink it all), these machines can bring you delicious coffee in a matter of minutes. And I do mean minutes. Heating the water and brewing your cup of coffee usually doesn’t take longer than a minute or two.

This coffee maker is meant to save you time by presenting you with a piping hot pick me up cup of coffee, whether you have an hour to enjoy it or only a few minutes. A lot of these one cup coffee maker even come with a travel mug, so when time is short, you don’t have to hunt for a cup to transfer the coffee. All you do is grab the readymade cup and you’re out the door. And because the cup is made of stainless steel, the coffee from your maker keeps your coffee hot so that you don’t have to rush to finish it off before you reach the office.

3. Size Does Matter – Smaller Is Better!

Because the device is so compact, it’s a great size to take along with you when you travel. You can take the machine to your office if you work outside the home so that you can have a cup during the day while you’re at work. Who hasn’t ever needed a pick me up when you’re having a hard day at work. And be honest, the coffee at work doesn’t always taste the way you want it to.

4. Clean Up Is A Breeze!

How often haven’t you cursed at your coffee maker because your grounds got everywhere again (in your coffee for example), and you had to clean it out again? Last time my youngest wanted to surprise us with a freshly brewed pot of coffee the filter folded in the basket, and we had coffee grounds in our coffee. It was so sweet of him to do something nice, but it’s so sad when your child wants to do something nice and you can’t even fully enjoy it.

If you’ll check out the reviews for a single cup coffee maker, you’ll see that you won’t have to deal with any more paper filters that won’t come apart or that will fold easily in the basket allowing coffee grounds to end up in your cup. The mesh filter keeps the grounds where they belong so you get to enjoy great coffee whenever you’d like a cup. These days our son can easily make us a cup with the one cup coffee maker without having to worry about something like that happening again.

So, as you can see, single cup coffee makers are just perfect for people who don’t need a whole cup. They save time, they don’t need a lot of room, clean up is easy and best of all: you can choose your favorite flavor each and every day. How’s that for convenience?
